Data messages are accepted in the following formats: PDF, PDF/A

Technical parameters of physical media on which data messages can be transmitted:
CD, DVD, USB flash drive.

Procedure in case of sending malicious software or an incorrect format in a data message:
A data message in which malicious software or an incorrect format has been detected will not be processed. If the sender's email address can be determined from the incorrect data message, a notification of the detection of malicious software is sent to that address. If an incomplete or damaged analog or digital document is delivered to the mailroom, the mailroom will not accept the document and will forward it for disposal. If the sender is known, they will be asked to deliver a legible document.
