The mission of KTN is to make information and artistic values accessible to blind and visually impaired citizens through Braille, audio recordings, relief graphics, and digital texts. Borrowing Braille and audio books in person or by mail is free of charge for our users.
In order for a blind or visually impaired person to become a user of KTN services, they simply need to fill out a reader application form (available in the Downloads section) and have it confirmed either by an ophthalmologist or by sending a copy of their ZTP/P card. You can find out more about KTN's services and other activities in the section Primary Activities.
