The mission of the LPB is to make information and art values accessible to the blind and weak-sighted people by the way of braille, sound records, relief graphics and digitalised texts.

To become a user of these services, the blind or seriously sight-handicapped person only needs to fill in a registration form and have it certified by an oculist or by The Union of the Blind and Weak-sighted People in their place of residence.
